The main topic of new issue of digest is Government’s resolution №596 that obliges almost a hundred of largest industrial companies to buy gas from NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine exclusively. These initiatives has drawn criticism not only from these companies and upstream but also international institutions such as American Chamber of Commerce and IMF, which are trying to bring Ukrainian officials to their senses.
