The last week was rich in oil and gas industry news. Starting form the 1st of October the law On natural gas market comes into force, but it turned out that the market and legal field are not completely ready to operate under new conditions. Right now the Ministry of energy, NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine and some deputies together with other officials are trying to improve the situation in the shortest term.
