Weekly news digest March 24-30, 2014

The main development of this week was the adoption of Law on Prevention of Financial Collapse, which will change the rules of the market significantly. It will be more difficult for producers to operate; however, the tax burden will not be critical. Also, this issue of digest is dedicated to the state company Chernomorneftegaz that is controlled by the local authorities as a matter of fact; however, its future remains unclear: will it be the part of large Russian companies or will it go freewheeling?
