In today’s issue of the digest you will find the summary of the news for October. The main event was signing of «gas agreement» between Ukraine and Russia with the EU as an intermediary. Although they did not manage to resolve all the issues, the tension in gas problem is decreased. We have all premises for Ukraine to go through the heating season with no major complications.
